Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be in unworn new condition. Email us for return instructions at retail@chocolateandsteel.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A $6 fee will be deducted from return if purchase received free shipping.

Custom orders are not returnable/exchangeable.

Your purchase is guaranteed for 1 year.  Any repairs will be done free of charge. If an item cannot be repaired or is out of stock, you will be offered an exchange.

After 1 year from purchase, repairs are available for a small fee.

We also offer cleaning and resizing of your jewelry.
