Retail purchases are shipped in a custom Chocolate and Steel card and a jewelry box perfect for gift giving and storing your jewelry. Wholesale purchases are shipped on a jewelry card in a cellophane sleeve. Jewelry boxes are available upon request.
To reduce tarnishing, when you aren’t wearing your jewelry, store your pieces individually in small bags, removing as much air as possible. You may also want to put a small strip of anti-tarnish paper in each bag with the jewelry.

Custom orders are not returnable/exchangeable.
Your purchase is guaranteed for 1 year. Any repairs will be done free of charge. If an item cannot be repaired or is out of stock, you will be offered an exchange.
After 1 year from purchase, repairs are available for a small fee.
We also offer cleaning and resizing of your jewelry.
When you buy from us, you are in for a treat. We have beautiful “ready to gift” packages. Every piece of jewelry comes carded on a custom chocolate and steel card that is then put in a jewelry box. The jewelry box is gift wrapped with dried flowers and a unique letterpress gift card, tucked on top of every box so you are instantly ready to gift it. Our packaging is made from sustainably sourced materials and is 100% recyclable. The flowers are compostable. There is so much waste generated in commerce and we are committed to reduce it.
